Adam Lally has grown up in and around the car business and the Ford family. A few years after they took on the Ford Franchise the Lally's had added a 3rd generation and a future toilet scrubber. Adam was raised in the Tilbury/Comber area and enjoys the small community county lifestyle. He played Hockey for the Tilbury Thunder and was a lot attendant at nights after High School in Belle River.
Cars and motorized vehicles have always been in Adam's blood, he enjoys boating, snowmobiling, motocross, and just plain goin fast in his spare time.
He has always had a passion for customer service; when you grow up in the dealership environment it's easy to feel like you have one big extended family in the employees and customers at the dealership.
After graduating in 2003 Adam came to work at Lally Ford full time as a Service Advisor and moved to Leamington when they opened the Southpoint Ford location. Since then Adam has made the transition to the Sales Department and moved back to Tilbury full time as Used Car Retail Manager. He considers every day a challenge and an opportunity to sell more cars and make more people happy.

Lee Beckstead was born and raised in the Merlin area and attended high school in
In 2002 Lee joined the Lally Ford sales team and he fit right in. Lee's pursuit toward complete customer satisfaction and his dedication of the Lally way of doing business, earned him the position of new car manager in 2006.
Lee shares 4 kids with his beautiful wife Suzanne. He enjoys spending summers boating with the family & friends, playing baseball and trying to golf. He also plays hockey in the winter. Lee is an avid

Kim Latam has been a lifelong resident of Romney Township. Growing up, she was a typical farmer's daughter. When she wasn't picking strawberries in her family's "pick your own patch" or hoeing beans in the field, you could find her taking care of the many farm animals from sheep to goats and from ducks to geese. You name it, she raised it! Kim has never been afraid of a little work, only scared of what might happen if she didn't complete it.
Kim moved off the farm after she was all grown up, but she didn't move far. She is still a resident of Romney Township and lives just outside the village of Wheatley. Much of Kim's free time is spent with her wonderful husband Darcy and her 2 terrific daughters Alycia & Abbey. If it's not Darcy trying to drag her to the gym, it's her daughter Abbey needing a chauffeur to her hockey or baseball games.
Kim started in the car business at the very young age of 16 as a night time receptionist. She quickly moved up to a full time position within the dealership as an office administrator. She has always been in the Ford family and has served as a Finance and Insurance manager for 11 years. She joined the Lally team in 2005 and has never looked back. Once you have experienced the Lally way, there is no other way.
With Kim's experiences in the car business and the business office, she is able to provide a clear and thorough explanation of all financing and lease arrangements for your vehicle. She also able to provide a common sense approach to explaining the benefits of extended warranties and protection packages that will ensure worry-free driving and help your vehicle retain its highest possible resale value.

Don is married to his gorgeous wife, Angela, of 8 years and they share a wonderful son, Eric together. As a family, they enjoy biking, hiking and golfing. Don and his family like to travel; see and experience new places and take and exploratory approach to life in general. But mainly, they enjoy spending time outdoors.
Don is an avid golfer who enjoys all aspects of the game. He likes to mix it up with both business and pleasure. He is a member of Blenheim Golf & Country Club and most would say that he's a pretty, and I mean pretty, good golfer. He also enjoys biking, cross country and road biking as well.
Don takes an easy-going, relaxed approach to the sales profession. He is very accommodating to specific customer needs and loves talking to customers. And I mean Loves; we are often open later because of his socializing. Another thing Don loves is food. You can catch him in the lunch room creating intricate dishes for his meals at work; it always smells so good. He also has drawers of snacks and is always willing to trade, he's not picky.

Joe Schmidt was born and raised in Essex, Ontario. Joe started working in the car business as a teenager and quickly made the switch to sales in 1989. He joined the Lally Ford sales team in 1995 when the store was re-located to Tilbury. Since working in Tilbury, Joe has been a Ford of Canada Peak Performer, Ford of Canada Summit Award Winner for Customer Satisfaction & Sales Leadership and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.
Joe is married to his lovely wife Paula of 17 years and they have 3 darling children together. They keep busy as a family playing hockey, baseball and soccer all year round. Joe is a retired coach of all of his 3 kids' sports teams. Now he considers himself an avid fan.
Joe is committed to providing customers with a clear and thorough explanation of all of their vehicle needs; keeping in mind that the personal needs are the most important.
Kathy Pluck grew up in Windsor, Ontario and graduated from FJ Brennan High School. Kathy is definitely a car enthusiast and knows almost everything there is to know about Ford vehicles. She has been working within a Ford dealership since 1990 and has been part of the Lally Ford team since we moved to Tilbury in 1995. She started in the service department and quickly moved into sales.
Kathy has been happily married for 7 years to her best friend Dave and currently lives in the Essex County area. They are very active together and love spending time biking and doing triathlons. When they aren't chasing down other athletes, they are chasing down their 3 precious dogs. The dogs get treated better than most peoples' kids. Whether it's running around the yard, swimming in the pool or relaxing in the sun, the dogs are part of their everyday lives.
Kathy is proud to have been a 4-time Ford of Canada Summit Award winner for customer satisfaction and sales leadership. She ensures customers receive the utmost care and attention they deserve and the product knowledge they require to make an informed vehicle purchase decision.

Kelly Shanks grew up in the great town of
Kelly made the big switch to the car business in the summer of 2008 and joined the Lally Sales team. She enjoys coming into work more and more every day and truly loves getting to know new people.

Mike Demarse was born and raised in Windsor, Ontario. Mike has worked in and around the Windsor area for his whole life. He spent about 6 years in the real estate industry and also was a small business owner/operator for 9 years. He has recently made the switch to car sales and enjoys getting to know new people on a daily basis.
Mike is married to his fantastic wife Donna and they have 4 kids together between the ages of 7 months and 15 years old. You can often find Mike being used as a jungle gym by his kids. Mike moved to the small town of Stoney Point in 2000 and enjoys taking part in various outdoor activities. He tries to hunt and fish whenever possible, but his duties as a jungle gym keep him tied up in his time away from work.
Mike is a very easy going guy who strives to make the purchase experience enjoyable. He is eager to answer questions and do whatever it takes to make his customers happy.

Rob is a big music lover and after he sold his business, he spent a lot of time as a full time DJ. Over the years Rob has continued to serve as a DJ on his own time for various occasions. He is still known around the
Rob is an avid participant in martial arts and Bruce Lee is a big inspiration to him; not only for his martial arts, but for his characteristics as a person as well. Rob trains specifically in Kenpo Karate and has been doing it since he was a teenager. He now teaches karate and still practices about 4 days a week. On top of martial arts and music, Rob enjoys reading whenever he gets the chance. His favourite authors include Zig Zigler, Napolean Hill and Joe Verde to name a few.
Rob also loves to travel and would consider "anywhere warm" his favourite place to go. He enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Shelley of 9 years, and the 4 kids they share together. He is an avid car fan and always has a "toy" car of his own; currently a 2003 Saleen Mustang.
Rob started in the car business in 1995 as a salesperson. He had heard many good things about Lally Ford sales, so in 1996 he joined the Lally Ford Sales Team. Rob's goal is not necessarily to sell someone a car, but rather to help choose the vehicle that's right for them. He is there for support for his customers, their friends & families before, during and after the purchase.
Rod has 2 grown sons with his stunning wife Beth. As they grew as a family, a lot of time was spent chauffeuring the boys from arena to arena so they could pursue their dreams of playing high-level hockey. Because of his involvement in hockey, Rod held a position as an Executive of Chatham minor hockey. To this day he still enjoys going to watch a hockey game.
Rod is devoted to the game of golf and most would say that it's his passion. He is a member of Blenheim Golf & Country Club and has also spent time as an Executive at the course. Rod also enjoys reading, sports and traveling.

In 1946 my parents opened a service station in Comber and immediately began working hard to establish a high standard for how customers would be treated. Over the course of the next 36 years, we continually worked toward building a reputation for customer satisfaction which extended beyond the confines of this tiny village.
In the fall of 1982, we brought this customer-focused manner of doing business under the Ford logo. I became a licensed mechanic and purchased the Ford dealership from my parents three years later. Fortunate enough to have developed loyal customers who regularly referred their friends, family and co-workers; I decided to expand in 1995, moving the dealership to Tilbury.
At Lally Ford, everyone strives toward building a relationship with our customers that will allow us to provide their transportation needs for life. From the people we recruit, to the vehicles we stock, and everything in between, our goal is to realize continuous improvement for our customers.
