-What is the President's Award?
        The President's Award, Ford of Canada's highest Dealership honor, is presented annually to those Dealerships who demonstrate
        outstanding achievement in Sales and Customer Satisfaction. In order to qualify for the Diamond award a Ford Dealer must be profitable,
        achieve Sales & Service VOC floor targets, achieving at least 85% of both car and truck share and a dealer needs to sell 125% of the
        national average for car and truck share in their region.

    -What is the Diamond Club?
        The Diamond Club is a select group of dealers who go above and beyond the President's Award. To be part of the club you have to be within the
        top 10% of the top 25% of all dealers in Canada for customer satisfaction. For Lally Ford, that means we had to finish at the top of our comparative
        group, which we did.
