The all-new Focus has arrived.

Focus didn't just break out of the box;
it pitched it to the curb.

The all-new 2012 Focus is the product of true global thinking. As you can see, absolutely nothing was lost in translation. In Focus, global has another meaning. It's the idea that one car can be all things to all people. It can offer impressive style with fuel economy. It can shatter the glass ceiling to deliver more of the cool features you're looking for.

Whether Focus is your first vehicle or a new addition to your driveweay, you'll discover that nothing--luxury features, comfort, advanced safety systems and performance--was sacrificed.

Smartphone, meet a brilliant car.
Available technology called MyFord Touch, powered by Ford SYNC, gives your technology another place to connect. It automatically detects a Bluetooth--enable smartphone and gives you access to your contact lists and music--wirelessly.

Simple voice-commands and 5-way controls mounted on the steering wheel let you find a new restaurant, get turn-by-turn directions, listen to a text message and more. all the while, you keep your hands on the wheel and eyes on the road. That's smarter and safer.

Get the bells
with the whistles.
From now on, everybody can drive a car that offers almost everything. It begins with impressive fuel economy from the 160-hp 2.0L engine that's standar on the 5-door hatchback and 4-door sedan. Then the list just grows and grows to include virtually everything you could ever want from a car--from any class.

Here's one less thing to think about: precipitation. Available rain-sensing wipers use an available optical sensor mounted in the dash to monitor the windshield for rain, sleet or snow and sets the right speed for the conditions. That way, your eyes have a clear view forward.

The goods? Focus has got the 'bests' in class.

Comparison models are 2012 Focus TITANIUM, Toyota Corolla XR5, Honda Civic Sedan SI, VW Jetta Highline, Mazda3 GT, and Chevy Cruze LT Turbo Sedan.
*Optional features.

Grin from gear to gear.
For too long, a manual transmission was the only way to get maximum fuel economy and an extra-connected drive. Those times are gone. The available PowerShift 6-speed automatic transmission with SelectShift features twin clutches to deliver smoother shifts and acceleration, without having to pay a penalty at the pump.

Have eyes in the
back of your head.

Focus is about forward motion. But with the available Rear View Camera, Focus does reverse just as smoothly. It projects a clear full-colour video of what's behind you on the available 8-inch touch screen.

Push to go. Push to stop.
Leave your key in your purse or pocket. The 2012 Focus will know it's there as soon as you take your seat. Then, press the brake and engage the available Push-Button start and go.
The Intelligent Access uses a unique key that senses the key as you approach. Just touch the door handle and jump in. It's super-handy, whether you're carrying a latte or a child or two.

Parallel parking is no problem.
No hands, too.

Planes have autopilots. Focus has available Active Park Assist. It not only finds spaces, it uses sophisticated sensors to parallel park your vehicle with little input from you--and no unnecessary contact with curbs and strange bumpers.

Don't spill a single drop. Fuel smells bad. And it's a real pain to get off your clothes. An Easy Fuel capless fuel filler makes the whole gas getting experience so much more civilized.
